Data Controller

Data Processor

The Controller has appointed the following Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): Noleggio Di Manzi Salvatore Via Salvatore Girardi, 14 – 80074 Casamicciola Terme (NA), Italy Phone: +39 328 679 4012 VAT no.: IT09467171212 The Data Processor handles personal data on behalf of the Controller solely for the purposes of on-site rental and service delivery.

Personal data collected

The following categories of personal data are collected at the time of booking and during service delivery: • Identification and contact data: name, surname, email address, phone number, voluntarily provided by the user. • Identity document: a copy may be requested to comply with legal requirements related to the rental agreement. • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and timestamps, automatically collected via technical cookies. • Payment data: handled exclusively by PCI-DSS certified payment providers; the Controller does not store full credit card or payment instrument details.

Purposes and legal basis for processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes: • Performance of the rental contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): managing the booking, operational communications, vehicle delivery and collection. • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): bookkeeping, invoicing, tax obligations and registration of rental agreements. • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): sending commercial and promotional communications, where the user has given explicit consent. • Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): fraud prevention, IT security, service improvement through aggregated statistics.

Retention period

Data are retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected: • Booking and contract data: 10 years from the last transaction, in compliance with tax and civil law obligations. • Data for commercial communications: until consent is withdrawn. • Browsing data (logs): maximum 12 months.

Disclosure and transfer of data

Personal data are not sold to third parties. They may be disclosed to: • The appointed Data Processor (Noleggio Di Manzi Salvatore), acting under specific contractual instructions pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. • Technical service providers (hosting, email, payments) acting as Data Processors. • Public authorities, upon their request in cases provided for by law. Data are not transferred outside the European Union, except to countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection pursuant to Arts. 45–46 GDPR.

Rights of the data subject

Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR, the user has the right to: • Access their personal data (Art. 15). • Request the rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16). • Request the erasure of data (Art. 17). • Request the restriction of processing (Art. 18). • Receive their data in a structured format (data portability, Art. 20). • Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
